Sheree Perfetti is the founder of Perfetti Realty and Northwest Indiana Real Estate, Inc. She's a member of the Bloomington Board of Realtors, Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has a BS Degree from Purdue University in Mathematics & Education. She's a mother of 4 and a host mother to 7 exchange students from all over the world. Sheree is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana and has a lake house in South Central Indiana. While raising children, she was active in many volunteer activities including PTA president, swim club president, Girl Scout leader and various roles in other athletic organizations. In her free time she enjoys making stained glass, gardening, and spending time with family on the lake. Sheree enjoys assisting and educating her clients in the process of buying or selling vacant land, residential, commercial, and multi-family units. Her team of Realtors stands ready to help!

SARAH PERFETTI

Sarah has a Masters in Public Affairs in nonprofit management from Indiana University, a B.A. from Florida International University, and is a life-long competitive athlete. Born in Lowell, Indiana she became a swimmer in first grade learning the values of goal setting, hard work, and team building. She co-founded the nonprofit organization, Bloomington PRIDE in 2013 where she served as Executive Director for four years and then co-founded a women’s empowerment organization, Be Golden in 2017 which she lead with her wife. With her career of volunteerism and service, Sarah loves to help people and serve each person’s unique needs allowing them to achieve their goals of building generational wealth. She is a member of the Indiana Upland Realtor Association (IURA), Northwest Indiana Realtors Association (NIRA), the Indiana Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has received the Rising Star Award by IURA, the Top 10 Under 40 by the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, the Excellence in Service Award by the O'Neill School, and the President's Volunteer Service Award by former President Obama. She serves on the IURA's MLS Board of Directors as Treasurer and as a member of the Social Committee. Sarah is holds a designation as a Accredited Buyer's Representative and is currently a student in the IAR Leadership Academy's Class of 2026. In her free time Sarah loves to explore hiking trails with her wife, daughter, and dogs, trains for swim races, loves to cook, and volunteers as the President of the Indiana University LGBTQ+ Alumni Association.
